If you are familiar with MyFitnessPal or any other calorie/macronutrient calculator and your food scale, but are seeking guidance on how to structure your macronutrients or know how much to set your percentages at, this is for you.

I will take care of your calories, macronutrient breakdown, cardio/energy expended, and everything that encompasses your macro consumption and daily caloric intake the right way.

Whether you want to gain size, burn fat, lose weight or maintain, but increase your physical performance, I am here to take care of it all. All you need to do is follow the macros, your workout plan and you'll see the results.

  • Weekly video check-ins every 7 days via Skype, Facetime and/or WhatsApp. Check-ins should last approx. 30 minutes or less dependent on questions, etc..

Your job:

  • It is YOUR responsibly to send me a message on the 6th day of the week with your morning weigh in and with a time you'd like to check in on the following day
  • YOU are in charge of calling at the time of the scheduled appointment. Failing in doing so can result in a loss of check-in/rescheduling
  • You need to purchase a food scale and a weight scale to track morning weigh-ins
  • Weekly pictures should be attached with your weight message on the 6th day
